Wood Chop Low To High Tube

Secure resistance band to the bottom of the door or a secure object. Start with hands at hip drawing band across body to full extension above opposite shoulder. Make sure you activate your core muscles and place feet shoulder width apart. You want to be balanced to pull the band across your body. Repeat on opposite side.
