Wide Squat, Wide Curl, Hulk Pose

Directions
Begin in a wide squat, roll the shoulders down and back - rotating the palms outward. Do one wide curl and then, keeping the elbows bent, bring the weights together over your head. Arms should be round at the top, not straight up.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Sink down low in the squat and squeeze those shoulder blades together in the back! Remember, it's a back move too!
