Directions
Begin in a wide squat, make sure that the knees are lining up over the ankles at the bottom of the squat. Feet stay flat on the floor the entire time. Back stays flat like you're sliding down a wall. Flat surface of the weights together and lift them straight up over your head and keep the elbows close to your ears. Be sure to still only hold one weight in each hand, don't hold both weights together.
