Wall Squats With Swiss Ball

Use a swiss ball at the lower back and make sure your feet never cross the plane of the front of your knees in the bottom of your squat. keep a tight core and neutral spine, dropping into your squat, eyes looking slightly up. Try to screw your heels into the floor, using you glutes, taking pressure off the knees. The ball is used as a guide, not to lean into.
