Wall Squats Swiss Ball With Overhead Press

Directions
Using a ball on your lower back. grab a barbell at shoulder level. Make sure you feet don't break the plane of the front of your knees on the depth of your squat. Drop down into a full depth squat, the press the bar straight overhead, only using thae ball as a guide - not to lean on. Breathe out as you come up and as you press the bar overhead.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your gaze up and screw your heels into the floor using your glutes to keep pressure out of your knees.
