Walkouts

Directions
From a standing position, crouch all the way down and walk your hands out until you come to a push up/plank position. From there, walk your hands back to a crouched position and stand back up. You can add a little challenge by extending an arm at the plank, alternating each arm with each walkout.
Why it works
It's harder than it looks! You're using your full body to perform the move.
