Vertical Bench Press: Machine

Select the weight you would like to lift. Adjust Seat based on height. Sit down and place both hands on the handle bars. Push the weight forward in a controlled motion up and lower back down. Stop descent before the weight touches. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed.

Breathe out on the way up. Breathe in on the way down.
