Directions
Using a barbell (demonstrated), dumbbells or on a cable machine, grab the bar at slightly narrower than shoulder with and life the weight straight up staying close to the body while leading with the elbows. This movement can be done normal pace or super slow, depending on the goal.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep elbows higher than the wrist and try to not shrug up too much keeping your shoulders low. Use caution if you have any shoulder issues.
