Trx Supine Scissors

Place your feet in the TRX stirrups, soles down. Lift your hips off the ground, with your hands behind you. Move your legs apart from each other to about two shoulder lengths, then bring them back together. Repeat for the duration. The adduction and abduction movements of the legs also work the inner and outer thighs, as well as your lower abs.
