Trx Ski Abs

Place your feet face down in the stirrups of the TRX, as in the TRX Knee Tucks. Lift your body up into a push up plank position, careful that your back and hips do not sag. Bring both knees up and in to your right side, crunching your right obliques and return to neutral. Repeat on the left side.
