Trx 'Round The World

As in TRX Knee Tucks and TRX Ski Abs, place your feet face down in the stirrups and lift up into push up plank position. Begin the move for Ski Abs to the right, but continue the motion to bring your knees to the middle of your chest, then follow through with continuing the circular motion, knees moving on the left going back to neutral. Repeat the motion for a number of reps on each "side", or alternate each side back and forth.
