Trx Knee Tucks

Place your feet in the stirrups of the TRX straps, face down. Get into a push up plank position, then "crunch" your abs in, bringing your knees to your chest. Do not let your back and hips sag, causing your back to arch and strain. Keep your core and back tight and solid for an incredible ab exercise.
