Tricep Extension On Chair

From a seated position extend body away from chair keeping elbows tucked close to body. Bend at the elbows keeping shoulders in a stationary position. Lift the torso of your body up and down bending only at the elbows. Keep your core tight at all times. You may perform this exercise with knees straight for a more difficult move or bend for some assistance.
