Tricep Dips: Machine

Select the weight and sit securely in the dip machine, while firmly grasping the handles. Keep your elbows at your sides and keep elbows bent at a 90 degree angle. Exhale and contract your triceps downwards. As you inhale, slowly let your arms come back up to the starting position. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Stand up and exit machine.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your head up and back straight. At the bottom of the movement, try to keep a little bend in your arms to keep tension on the triceps muscle.
