Treadmill Steady Jog

This is a 6 or 7 mph steady jog. I still use arm swing, a light mid foot strike and about 2% incline to lessen the impact. Always concentrate on sweeping the leg back when on a treadmill (due to the running on a belt). It should sound light and quiet not loud and hard.
