Treadmill Sprints

Always warm up for at least 10-20 min before any sprint work. This is the treadmill at a 12.4mph (max) pace. I have worked my way up to this slowly. I perform 10-60 second sprints with varying recovery in between. Notice how I have a smooth mid foot heel strike and it actually sounds light and quiet on the treadmill with no heel strike. Always have at least 1.5-2.0 incline so make the mid foot strike easier. I keep very upright and use arm swing!
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start wit only a few and slowly increase over time as it is easy to pull a hamstring or other muscle.
