Treadmill Push

Step on treadmill holding hand rails. Within the time limit, bend forward with your torso and drive through your heels pushing the treadmill manually. When finished, return to upright position and and when treadmill comes to a complete stop dismount machine.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Hold onto rails to regain balance or jump off to side boards. Be careful not to get to close to the back of treadmill while in motion.
