Step on treadmill using hand rails if needed. Select "Manual" then enter desired Steady-State: 0-2% Incline Grade; 3.5-4.5MPH. Within the time limit, do a 5-min warm-up followed by alternating: 30 sec Low-Level (4.5-6.0 MPH) to 30 sec High-Level (6.0-8.0MPH). When finished select "Cool Down" and when treadmill comes to a complete stop dismount machine.
