Tire Toe Taps

Directions
Stand about 6 inches away from the tire. Begin with one foot on the tire and one foot on the ground. Jump and switch feet in an alternating style lightly tapping your toe on the tire to maintain a steady pace. Repeat this sequence for all reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your back straight and land on the balls of your feet. Use your arms for momentum.
