Tire Jumps: Alternating Sides

Directions
Stand about 6 inches away from the tire. The following sequence is a continuous motion. Jump onto the front edge of the tire and then hop down into the center of the tire and immediately jump back up to back edge of tire. Once you are on the back edge of the tire immediately hop down back to the ground and jump in the air while twisting 180-degrees to face the tire. Repeat the previous sequence for all reps.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your back straight and land on the balls of your feet. Use your arms for momentum.
