Directions
Start with the tire flat on the ground. Keeping legs at a wide stance, squat down closely in front of the tire. With arms between your legs, position hands shoulder width apart as far under the tire as possible. Explode up by pulling the tire with your legs, back, and arms. As the tire comes up use momentum to change hands from pulling to a pushing position, completing the tire flip. Repeat this process for the specified amount of reps.
