T's On Stability Ball

Lying face down on a stability ball with your arms in a T position (thumbs up), Lift your chest and torso up contracting your shoulders back and down on the body. Breathe out as you lift your upper torso up.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Find a surface that has friction so you can plant your balance into your feet. Over time work on a larger range of motion.
