T Bar Rows: Standing, Close Grip

Step onto the platform and place your feet at shoulder-width with toes pointed slightly outward. Bend over and grab the bar at the close-grip handles. Row the bar up and towards your chest. Slowly return bar to the floor without touching the platform. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Place the bar down and step off the platform.
