T Bar Rows: Lying, Close Grip

Step onto the platform and lay face down in a prone position with your chest evenly on the front pad of the machine. Reach down and grab the bar at the close-grip handles. Unlock bar from resting position and row the bar up and towards your chest. Slowly return bar to the floor without touching the platform. Repeat this range of motion until all reps are completed. Place the bar down and step off the platform.
