Swiss Ball Squats

Take a Swiss/Exercise ball and place it against the wall, leaning against it, with the ball at your hip/tailbone area. Push back against the wall and move your feet away from the ball, at a shoulder and a half width apart. Still pushing against the ball, drop down letting your butt drop low to the ground, and, again, push against the ball to bring yourself back to standing.
