Swiss Ball Plank

A more challenging plank--Place the tops of your feet on a swiss exercise ball and place your hands on the ground. Keep your body straight and solid and hold your balance by engaging your core. Do not let your hips drop or your back arch.
Why it works
The challenge is in the instability of the ball. You have to really use your abs to keep your feet on the ball!
