Swing Kicks W Stick

Directions
Stand with a stick in one hand (if needed) and swing the same side leg up in the air explosively. You can go with a slight bend or straight depending on the goal, or no stick if you want more balance. I try to keep a tight core, neutral spine and quiet torso, but some movement will take place due to the dynamic nature of this exercise.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can do this with no stick for more balance if desired.
