Supported Leg Extension

From sitting, place your hands behind you to support your torso. Balancing on your tailbone, you are extending your legs straight in front of you without touching your feet on the floor. Bring your knees to your chest and then straighten your legs back out in front of you, again without touching your feet. When you extend your legs, your are "flattening out" your body a bit.
