Superman With Heel Lift

Directions
While lying face down on a mat, contract your core, drive your heels together and lift your knees and chest off the mat. With palms facing down lift your elbows up and then contract towards your butt. Breathe out upon lifting.

You can do this exercise super slow or as a static hold.
