Superman W Stick

Directions
With palms facing up holding a stick above your butt, contract your core, drive your heels together and lift the stick as well as your knees and chest off the mat. Breathe out upon lifting everything. To modify for back issues do not lift your knees off the mat.

You can perform this exercise super slow or as a static hold.
