Sumo Toe Squats

1. Assume a Sumo Squat Position. Legs wider than shoulder width apart. 2. Squat down and touch the floor with your hands. 3. Stand up and come up onto your toes. Reach to the sky with your hands. 4. Return to starting position and repeat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep your knees behind your toes. Make sure your butt is behind your heels.
