Position two step-up boxes slightly shoulder width apart. Step onto two boxes straddling legs in a wide stance, on either side.
Holding a dumbbell at the base with both hands stand straight up to assume starting position. Slowly bend the knees and lower your legs until your thighs are parallel to the floor. Drive through the heels of your feet to return to starting position. Repeat this movement for all reps then step down and re-rack weight.
