Stride Board Lunge And Kettle Bell Overhead Lockout

With a tight core - Lock the kettlebell pressing arm out directly overhead (arm straight but shoulder pressed down into lat, then move the leg straight out on the slide board. Breathe out as leg moves out over slide board.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Use a light kettlebell as this exercise can tend to irritate the lower back if too heavy. It can be done with gliders and performed super slow.
