Stride Board Lateral Lunge And Kettle Bell Overhead Press

With one foot on a slide board (bootie on foot) move the leg straight out while pressing the kettlebell overhead. Keep your core tight and your spine neutral and breathe out as you perform the press/leg out move.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Try to keep for foot alignment straight not letting the slide board foot rotate out. This exercise can be done super slow to target endurance.
