Strict Curl

This very basic exercise involves standing against a wall while curling dumbells up using no body movement. Breathe out upon lifting dumbells up.
Helpful tips and Tricks
You can do this thumbs up (Hammer Curl) or palms up or starting thumbs up to palms up. It can be done super slow taking 10-60 seconds up/down.
