Straight Arm Pulldowns

With a pulley machine, set the base high above your head, and use either the V handle bar or the dual rope. This is similar to the tricep pulldowns, but your arms will be straight. Pull the handle all the way down to the tops of your quads, and with control, let the pulley bring your arms back above your head.
