Straight Arm Pulldown

Directions
Standing with legs at hip width, using a straight bar - tighten the core as you keep your body still while moving the bar from eye level to thighs. Keep your arms straight and your shoulders down and back. Breathe out as you lower the bar.
Helpful tips and Tricks
This exercise should be done light enough so there is very little body movement. It can be done super slow taking 10-60 seconds in each direction.
