Position Safety bars in Squat Rack cage so they are parallel with the top bar being at shoulder level & the bottom bar at mid to upper thigh. Ensure bars are locked. Grab top bar with a wide pronated grip. Place one foot on the bottom bar. Holding on to the top bar step up and place opposite foot on the bottom bar. Both feet are now off the ground. Step back down with the same leg. Repeat this movement for all reps then switch legs.
