Step Up W Curl

Directions
This variation skips the high knee raise, but is a basic step up with a curl thrown in. Make sure to alternate legs and hep to a straight hip extension at the top. Keep a tight core and neutral spine, and breathe out as you step onto the box.
Helpful tips and Tricks
This can be done with heavy weights to help with muscle imbalances and strength, or lighter and faster to target cardio.
