Step Up And Curl (High Knee Lift)

Box height may vary greatly person to person, but generally about knee height. Grab 2 matching dumbbells and step up on a box doing a hammer curl (thumbs up) and raise the other knee up. Then step down alternating legs. This can be done with light weights (fast for more cardio) or a bit slower and heavy for more strength.
