Standing Warrior Lunge

1. In a bent over position, place your body weight over your left leg. 2. Straighten your supporting leg and extend the free leg backward. 3. Extend your hands forward and hold this balanced position for 2 seconds. 4. Return to starting position and repeat.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Keep the weight of your body over the bells and the heel of your foot. Try to keep it even throughout the entire exercise.
