Standing Squats

Place feet shoulder width apart. Gently place hands on head behind neck. Shift weight through the heels of your feet as you SQUAT down. Keep head up and core activated. If you can wiggle your toes during your squat your weight is shifted correctly. Avoid shifting weight forward into your knees. The hips should be your point of reference. Stick your bottom back as if you are getting ready to sit in a chair.
