Standard Row On Bench

From a kneeling position on a bench, maintain a neutral spine, and pull the dumbbell up to your lower chest. Breathe out as you pull the dumbbell or kettlebell up. You can set the shoulder each rep by pulling the shoulders back and down (with a straight arm) on the body to avoid shrugging up.
