Standard Box Jump

In this variation in a box jump, simply pop the hips up and jump on the box landing lightly. Straighten the hips at the top, to add to the glute aspect of the exercise. To increase the intensity of the exercise, try to minimize ground contact time jumping up quicker onto the box. Breathe out as you straighten you hips for the jump.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Start with an easy box and low reps, then get to longer sets and higher boxes as you body adjusts to the impact.
