Stair Master Cardio: Steady State

Step onto Stair Master using both hands on the rails. Walk up to the top step while still holding rails. Select "Manual" then enter desired Steady- State: (Level 7 -12) Or (45-80 steps/min). Select desired time and when finished select "Cool Down" and when Stair Master comes to a complete stop dismount machine.
Helpful tips and Tricks
Hold onto rails at all times until comfortable. Be careful not to get to close to the bottom step while in motion.
