Step on Stair Master using both hands on the rails. Walk up to the top step while still holding rails. Select "Manual" then enter desired Steady- State: (Level 7 -12) Or (45-80 steps/min). Within the time limit, alternate between these "Step Variations" every 30-60 seconds: 1-foot/step, 2-feet/step, skip a step, lateral step (L/R), and reverse.
When finished select "Cool Down" and when Stair Master comes to a complete stop dismount machine.
