Directions
Step on Stair Master using both hands on the rails. Walk up to the top step while still holding rails. Select "Manual" then enter desired Steady- State: (Level 7) Or (60 steps/min). Within the time limit, do a 5-min warm-up followed by alternating every 30 sec Low (Level 7-9 || 60-80 steps/min) to 30 sec High (Level 12-15 || 90-120 steps/min).
When finished select "Cool Down" and when Stair Master comes to a complete stop dismount machine.
