Ss: Upright & Lying Hamstring Curls

Upright: Sit down on mat with hands behind your back and place feet on SmithShaper (SS). Raise hips off floor and extend legs, pushing the SS forward. Contract your hamstrings and return to starting position. Repeat this movement for desired amount of reps. when finished return hips to ground and dismount SS. Lying: Repeat this movement as state above with back on the mat.
