Ss: Toes Pushes & Alligator Walks

Toe Pushes: Place hands on floor and mount feet in the center of Smith Shaper (SS). Keep a straight back, assume “push-up” position and begin to slowly push your toes away from your body and flex back to starting position. Repeat for desired amount of reps and then dismount SS. Alligator Walks: Assume “push-up” position. Slowly walk forward pushing through you’re toes but keeping legs straight as possible. Reverse directions to complete the set
