Directions
Beginner: Place forearms on ground and mount both feet in the center of Smith Shaper (SS). Lift body off the ground into plank position. Slowly crawl forward on forearms for desired number of reps and then reverse directions. Repeat for desired amount of reps and then dismount SS. Intermediate: Perform movement above walking on hands. Advanced: Perform movement walking on hands and then a plank push-up on each arm before changing directions.
